How many weight watchers points in a chicken shish kebab with pitta bread and salad? Someone said 4 points, does that sound right?

Are you making it yourself?

A medium pitta bread weighing 60g is 2.5pts; a skinless chicken fillet weighing 165g uncooked is 2.5 points - so grilled is the same. Salad is nothing (lettuce, tom, onion, cucumber, cabbage?)

If buying as takeout it could be much more e.g. if an extra large pitta is used or one of those lovely soft pitta/wrap things. But it is probably the healthiest takeout from the kebab shop.

Not making it myself but technically its the same as a pork chop then and if I was having a chop Id have spuds too so it less points to have a kebab!!! (let me dream)
