am trying to lose a fair amount of weight.
have so far lost 5lbs
at the mo I am just cutting back, then want to re-start WW.

Can anybody tell me:

  1. does it make a difference having brown sugar to white?
  2. is there really that may calories difference in skimmed and semi-skimmed milk?

TIA

Can you use sweetner or honey or something instead of sugar?

And wheras in my sw I am allowed 350mls of skimmed milk, I'm only allowed 250 semi-skimmed, so not sure what way that works point wise with ww.

Calorie wise I don't think ther is diff between brown and white sugar - try Splenda instead.

There is a diff between skimmed and semis-skimmed milk but I don't know what. I go with semi myself.
