I am a shocking 14stone 2 today. I thought I was 12 ! No wonder none of my clothes fit.

Going to make my excuses once only and thats it. Teaching full time. Two under 2.5 years. Full house renovation and move. Cannot get to the gym due to dh shifts. Just off antidepressants.

So that's it. No more excuses.

Lots to look forward to. I used to be a nice 12 even pre vanity sizing. I have beautiful clothes (Hobbs, monsoon etc) that won't go above my ankle.

Anyway I am going back to gym/swimming before work from now on. Want to be in the 12 stone zone (even if it's 12lb13) by 25th June

Daily diary for yesterday coffee x 4
Steamed cod vegetables and three baby potatoes. One glass wine (170ml)

fruit. soup

Today

Steak and steamed veg. Apple.

will have an omelette later after the gym (dh off today)

I know your advice in sound re halving calories etc, but I honestly think I'd rather go without than drink watered down white wine Wink.

I really want chocolate so I might just have a couple of squares after lunch just to stop me from picking at other unnecessary crap later.

how is everyone doing today? I had homemade soup for lunch this time on is usually when I cheat but not anymore. let's keep it up.

Not too good. Lunch was healthy but then I had a bit of chocolate which was ok but forgot myself and had two biscuits before school run. If I try to have a fairly light dinner though I won't have done too much damage.

I'm not dieting but I'm on a healthy eating kick and it's not been a good two days ; popcorn and minstrels last night with the new star wars film though I was careful I didn't exceed calories over the day, but no run cos I was too busy, then today I had dental hospital root canal treatment this morning so a lemon muffin for lunch cos it was soft and I really don't feel like training today either 😔 I need to resist the crisps though, there is a big batch of Turkey chilli there to see me through.

Some days are a challenge...

Sure are. Having said that I've had no chocolate, biscuits, cake or crisps today so not doing too bad. Planning some heavy gardening tomorrow so that should get my heart rate going and stop me snacking.
