I hope someone will be able to to help me in the next two hours. I'm currently on Weight Watchers and it's going really well. I have a friend's birthday tonight at a Saravana Bhavan restaurant, and unfortunately its completely vegetarian so I don't have the option of a tandoori chicken and salad that I would have at another indian restaurant.
Here is the menu, I'm hoping someone who knows south indian cuisine will be able to pinpoint me to something that won't set me back too much.
