Slimming World or Weightwatchers?

Need to choose but can't decide which. Any advice, oppinions which would help me make a decision?

have done both but would recommend Slimming World.

Seems a bit complicated to start with butonce you get the hang of it, I think it feels less like a "diet" and more like a healthy eating programme

have also tried both - like Tommy prefer Slimming World .... a lot to get your head around, but easier in the long run ....

give it a couple of weeks. I got very muddled with it at first but now it is just second nature (you don't have to look things up as much as you do for WW - you just remember them) My sister lost 5 1/2 stone with SW

I find it easier if I think of the following:

Red = protein & veg

Green = veg & carbs (pasta, potatoes, rice etc)

Of course there's the foods that are free on both (eggs for example), but that helps me plan in my head what I'm having ...
