weight loss / wobbly belly / loose skin help!!!

So I've only lost a stone but I'm in the stage where the fat on my belly & skin are getting loose And wobbly!

I'm trying to fit in exercise where I can and I know you can't 'spot reduce' but is there something I should be doing to help the belly tone up quicker?

Also I heard cod liver oil and omega 3 are good for helping skin - any idea about these?

I've got loose, wobbly, crepey skin (keyboard wanted to change that to creepy, and it might have a point). I'm not sure there's that much you can do about it. I've taken to massage and kneading, but I'm not sure skin always shrinks back.

I'm will to try anything not too expensive (and not surgical) to improve the appearance and encourage it back, though!

Good nutrition helps everything, including skin. Adding cod liver oil and omega 3s may be good for you generally, so worth a try.

I've got spanx and lots of other similar things but would like to see an improvement naked too Confused

I heard micro needling is really good for stretch marks and improving the skin texture so will look into that but i am also looking for exercises!
