Blatantly nosey - but also a little bit of an amateur survey

  1. How tall are you?
  2. How much do you weigh?
  3. How much would you like to weigh?
  4. When was the last time you steadily maintained that weight for, say, 5 years?

As its all anonoymous on here, feel free to join in without judgement. I'll kick off if I must

  1. 5 ft 3"
  2. 11 stone 6lb
  3. 9 stone 6lb (not exactly sylph-like for one so short)
  4. 1981 - 1991 I weighed 9 stone or less.

I'm kidding myself, aren't I?

Doh!

Skribble · 19/01/2007 10:01

It looks like I am huge in comparison to you all .

I don't look massive apaprantly, I am size 16/18 but I get shocked looks when I say that is my size.

So I am not dieting, more concentrating on eating healthily, like getting my 5 fruit and veg and drinking more milk and water, lesssaturated fats. But my main focus over the next month is going to be excersise. I love walking and there are some great places to go so I need to get back into that habit, croos country great for the legs .

Needless to say I am still in PJ,s watching TV and on here {doh!}
