Why am I not losing weight?? I've lost 4kg but have another 5kg to lose... No progress in the last few weeks. Where am I going wrong?

Breakfast:
Low fat yoghurt with cereal

Lunch:
Pre-packaged (Pret) salad or soup
Two hard boiled eggs
Bag of popcorn

Dinner
Soup or weigh watchers ready meal
Sometimes: two squares of chocolate

I drink tea with milk (2-3 cups per day) and Diet Coke. No water as I just don't like it really.

I don't feel I can eat much less with work and two small DC to look after.

Any thoughts??

If you like ready meals then have you ever thought to try the slimming world ready meals from Iceland. They are quite expensive, 3.00 pound each but I find they serve 2 especially if you bulk up with salad or veg, and they don't have lots of sugar/salt added because they're syn free. They taste quite home cooked to me. The recipes are all on the back as well so you know what's in them. I find the weight watchers ones very sweet. They're probably not ideal but might be a good back up for the freezer so you've always got a healthy meal in case you don't cook.

Bright and early a low calorie diet is not sustainable long term. You're better off eating more quality calories than less.

Well done

Thank you light!

Yes diet clearly needs to be sustainable. Although I am actually ok with my current food intake, don't feel I will make massive changes once I reach my target weight.

Thanks all
