Hi. I haven't posted before. I've been losing weight since the end of Feb and have lost just over 7lbs so far. (Including the initial water loss weight)
I was ill on Saturday, all I kept down was 2 malted milks, half a small glass of semi milk and a glass of water. Sunday I ate less than usual.
I weighed today and I probably lost about an extra 1/2lb than expected. Am I likely to keep this off, gain it back or will my weight loss plateau for a few days?
