How much weight could I lose in six weeks and the best way please?

Am about a stone overweight. I already exercise a lot and couldn't really increase that tbh, just wouldn't have the time. Have something important coming up in a few weeks and would just like to be a bit lighter for it, for my own sense of confidence more than anything else. How much feasibly could I lose in that time do you think? Thanks Smile

Do you eat much bread? If so, cut it right out, it has really helped me to lose weight.

Not really - two slices of wholemeal a day, not always that, probably more rice carbs wise as eat quite a lot of sushi.

I've done Exante in the past which is a VLCD. You would easily shift a stone in a few weeks, but it's not pleasant.

I'm doing high fat low carb at the moment and have lost about 9lb in 10 days, but that was with an Exante boost at the beginning.

Low carb is the way to go.

To start it plan a three day menu and buy things like:

Eggs, prawns, chicken, ham, full fat Mayo, sausages and bacon any green veg and full fat double cream for your coffee.

Believe me when I say low carb packs a punch. I've tried them all and this way of eating is most successful for weight loss.

Also pop into the chemist for some keto stix, you pee on them and they tell you when your body is fat burning.
