I weigh 9st 9 lb at the moment, I would like to get down to at least 9 stone, possibly slightly less as I am only 5 ft 2 and of small build.

Will be back at the swimming pool next week when ds goes back to preschool, so planning to go there three times a week and on the cross trainer at home 2/3 times a week. I know I'm not fat but I would like to lose a bit of weight and would definitely like to lose the figure that ds provided me with during his incubation

We're going out to a fancy restaurant in London on dh's birthday in February, so I would like a stunning outfit for the occasion but want to have lost a decent amount of weight and have a decent looking figure by then.

so, realistically, how much can I lose?

I would think you could sensibly lose half a stone to 10lbs in six weeks.

1-2lbs a week is realistic healthy weight loss.

Based on this you would be bale to lose 10lbs in 6 weeks if you were very dedicated.

Good to have a goal though.

Good luck!
