And how do I get it to start again?
I'm really struggling. I've been stuck at 11st 2lb for over 2 weeks now, having lost a stone since January. I'm eating 1200 cals a day, exercising at least 60 minutes for 6 days out of 7 (varying bike/running/exercise workouts). I'm not losing inches anymore either. 
I'm 5ft 7 and 45. Definitely not down to time of the month because I've had a hysterectomy.
