im getting married nov 2007,
before xmas i weighed in at 11.5 stone, pretttty sure i weight a bit more now! damn mince pies
ive got a cross trainer, a davina dvd, some weights and a fridge full of fruit and veg!
but will it work??
im not sure i want to do a gimmicky diet so does healthy eating and exercise actully get you anywhere?
plus my bellys flabby - anytips on how to work on that?
and im about a size 16 now, does the skin go back? im really concerned about that
i dont want saggy skin
