Couldn't resist I was hoping someone else would come along and tell me not to be rude...

The time to worry is when you're as fat as the Warty One.

I guess the plan should be eating healthily, ditching alcohol (which is notoriously bad) and more exercise.

Hiya. You might have put some of the weight on b/c of 3 things that I know of without eating any different to the norm.

1 b/c of your change in meds.
2, If you don't sleep well, that can make you have a wight increase. (I just found this 1 out)
3 It is winter time and our bodies tend to store what we eat in the way of fat. Just like a squirrel would store nuts for the winter, our bodies do the same in winter. The body knows as we are less active in the winter, we eat winterly foods and the daylight hrs are much less. We are just like very other animal and our bodies know it winter time.
If you have been eating a little more sugary, fatty foods then the body has even more it can store for the winter.

There could well be other reasons as well. If you are really worried about it, then I would see your GP.
As for a quick fix. There are loads, but if you want to keep the weight off, there is not really a quick fix.

I have put a little bit to much weight on as well

write down all that you eat and drink - that will help you get a feel for whether it is overindulging that is the root of the weight gain or whether there are other factors involved (change of meds etc).

i suppose if you can type you are managing to breathe again, hopefully you get that chest checked out tomorrow!

If you are having trouble breathing, that could be down to being inside so much.

I found it hard to breathe when I went to town this morning for bread and milk etc. I have had it before and I seen my GP about it about 3 years ago. She said it was b/c I have been inside for so long. You need to breathe harder when you are inside. Same with going outside after a long time being inside. All that fresh air and your body just don't know what to do with it all. lol

I would get your chest checked out though. Just to be on the safe side.

I need to exercise and get outside more.

Getting the boys from school again will help me
