I know I can lose weight on most diets its the willpower thats the problem!!!

Just not sure what to do!

Have lost stones on WW before (sadly put them back on) But I don't know if to go to a class

Haven't really got the money for it at the mo, but if I knew I would stick to it I would find the money!!

But, I have tried the classes on and off for the last few years and to be honest getting on the scales and being weighed by some one is not an incemtive for me

Have done SW before and I liked the amount I could eat but found it a bit restricting as I am not very good at cooking and won't try new things!

But...If I do it on my own, will I give up after 2 days (2 days would be good going!!! lol )

I could go to the Docs and try to get some incentive there!! I know my BP will be up and my cholestrol may break recoreds lol

Will shut up, just waffling away lol

and the WW esource? Surely if I lose weight doing that, I could do it on my own anyway

Just realised you cant do the esource unless you go to the meetings

I thought there was one you can do, and pay, wihout going along to classes???????

I am well and truly waffling today lol
