today i weigh 11 stone 6 lbs

my aim is to lose 2 stone by June.

I will note all my efforts on here and if anyone wants to join me, feel free!!

thats fab Closetslob - my weigh is on Fri morning. Hoping to get down to 11 stone but that would mean a loss of 4 lbs this week so im not sure i will do it! Gonna go on x trainer every night apart from tomorrow so hopefully i will lose a little bit!

i must be really unfit i have to keep taking breaks, having water but i do do a few sit ups during my break,

think i need a pic of my wedding dress on the wall in front of me, bit more motivation always helps!

ok really mad with myself BUT i went to BOOTS today and weighed (only had last weigh in on Fri) and i have put on a bloody pound

so today i am 11 stone 5 lbs.

I am mad and slightly demoralised but am off on x trainer in a bit and had a nice homemade tuna pasta bake for tea.

I cant understand how i have put on but there you go - will see what Friday brings on my proper weigh in day!!!

dont worry about that, if you weigh your self at different times of the day then you will loose or gain

thats why you shouldnt weigh your self daily, if youve just had a sandwich or bottle of water it will seem youve gained but if you do it weekly you get your true weight better iykwim

Anyway, I was going to say try not to be diqsheartneded (sorry she 7still helping)jjj. You can fluctuate by lbs 2 each day y the main thing is that you are sam77e 8ish at the same time each week.

if you dont weigh yourself until friday, and carry on as you are, you houldve def, lost a few lbs

Did 35 mins on x trainer last night - having a night off tonight.

anyone know if muller lite yougurts ok to eat whilst dieting?

i got some shape ones

work out the calories and see if they takeup much of your 2000 calorie allowance for the day, thats how i judge if i should eat something or not

look on the back and seefirstly

1- the carbohydrates - then times that by 4

then look for the protein - times that by 4

then the fat - times that by 9

then add it all together

i made a big pot od veggie soup on sunday, so im having that for lunch

i had a cajun chicken salad in a wholemeal pitta for tea last night, but had some savoury rice with it

I've been ultra crap today weighed at 10.13 yesterday but I think my best hope might be to stay the same next week have been bad again today and not going training tonight so even worse!

Hello can i join you all i need some motivation after having 2 children i could really do with losing 2 stone.

I have been dieting for 2.5 weeks & have so far lost half a stone but ideally i would like to lose a further 2 stone.

I just have 2 meals a day

breakfast - shreddies
Lunch - Jacket potatoe with either tuna or beans & cheese.

if i get hungry in the evening i will snack on rivettas or have a weight watchers bar.

I think you are really well motivated and I love this thread, it will help loads!

I am weighing in on a Monday..but can't seem to stop myself checking daily. I have done my exercises everyday so far this week, walked for half an hour every day(at speed.. a friend has seen me pass her house several times, but has missed me.. speedy mama) and today I ran for 40 minutes with the womens running network beginners group... they go slow and the faster people loop back so double up on distance. If they can't run and chat then they slow down. No weight loss.. but I feel a bit better for the exercise.

hi Scooby - welcome!!

i have had such a crapola day today. The kids were both ill and hard work. I think i may be coming down with a cold too. Veyr tired. And very very hungry.

I was ok up to 4 pm when i gave in and had a bag of crisps. Then a piece of cake. Then dh suggested fish and chips for tea which i just could not refuse! The thought of cooking tonight was too much to bear!

So a shite day today but back on track tomorrow and hopefully i may lose even just one lb on my weigh in on Friday. Back on x trainer tomorrow night too.

Kittylette - your posts have motivated me over the last few days so thank you and thank you for changing your day! I look forward to us both losing some lbs on Friday!!!!!!!!!!

Closetslob - get back on track tomorrow and lets both put today down as just a bad day. I was feeling so motivated and positive up until today so i know i can do it and so can you! BTW, 10 stone 13? I would LOVE to be that !!!!! That is my aim before next month. Wishful thinking probably but who knows?!

All i do atm is 30 / 35 mins on the cross trainer. Night off tonight tho!

Had bad day today so ate crap but back on it tomorrow!!!

another day today!

Woke up feeling crap but am determined to eat well today. Doing 40 mins on x trainer tonight (if i can manage it!).

weetabix for brekkie and pint water.
