cross trainer, an elliptical stepper/strider and an air walker?

I'm going to try and diet in the New Year and want to get something like this so I can exercise every day too.

never heard of an air walker? but the others are the same. I call them epileptical striders ( can never remember the name) and they are great fun to use but quite big and bulky.

I would try them out properly first what ever you go for, I have been on the ones at the gym and can't quite get the rhythm right and end up looking very silly while trying to get off.

Skribble pmsl at you trying to get off one! I think I may have the same trouble! I nearly tried one out in JJB yesterday but didn't want anyone to see me

gemmie, are they still big and bulky when folded? Not sure how nuch to spend on one either, they seem to go from £75 up to £200

It wasn't funny I could have done myself quite a serious injury.

.

If it had been a running machine it would have been very similar to this

A bit more training and I will be up to this standard.

Just buy some decent running shoes and go jogging... works out cheaper and you get more fresh air!

PMSL @ those links!

I do go out jogging but with the dark nights its a struggle to get out more than once a week because of childcare. In the summer I go early mornings or late evenings.

btw... loved the link
