I damn well ought to have remembered, I need a lifeline - I put on 4lb this week . Expected though and well worth it .

Lol my friend put on 4 too don't worry about it , it'll come off just as quick. I lost 2.5 pounds but I had a tummy bug!

I'm planning on free food all week and exercise every day. ROFL.

I'd lost 2 stones at the end of November. I've been doing it since May and decided to have a month off. It's been great . I'm ready to go for it again now .... well I will be after the New Year.
