I weighted myself for the first time in months yesterday.
I am at least a stone over weight. In know I have put some on, but that was more than I expected.
DH advice was the scales must be broken or all I need to do is lots of exercise - what he doesn't seem to get (despite hospital trips and lots of collapsing around the home) is that I have a condition that makes exercise hard. In fact I did half an hour yesterday of light exercise and today I am struggling. He seems to think if I push through the barrier I will be back to my old self in a matter of days.
What small changes can I make? I am down to 1200 calories a day and have my fitness plan to track food intake. I am drinking lots of water. I am trying to walk and climb stairs when I don't feel faint. I'm on a high salt diet and have been avoiding crisps this week which may be while I'm pale (again).
