I'm new to this forum, so hi and happy christmas!
I've been reading some of the discussions on dieting and getting back into shape, and know how hard it is to get your baby weight off! So just thought I would let you know how I lost my weight and what worked for me.
I have a 15 month old daughter and I put on 3& 1/2 stone during pregnancy. I was unhappy and felt so fat.
So I started these postnatal exercise classes called 'Baby2Body',which combine strength training, mixed with yoga and pilates.I got advice about my diet and lifestyle and went on a strict but sensible diet.
Just over a year later, I am now the slimmest I have ever been and really toned. I feel fit and healthy and still attend the classes twice a week, just to maintain my fitness.
