After much research into different weight-loss methods I've decided to try low-carbing as I have A LOT of weight to shift, and would like fast initial results to help motivate me. Thing is, I don't eat meat. I do eat fish, but at the moment, that's only about once a week. I'm not that fussed about meat-substitutes like Quorn, but can eat them.
Has anyone been successful with low carbing as a veggie/pescatarian? If so, can you give me some meal suggestions? I'm particularly flummoxed about breakfast as don't want to be eating eggs EVERY morning, especially whilst avoiding bread!
Have been looking at Deliciously Ella for vegan meal suggestions etc, but she uses a lot of oats and fruits, which seem to be a non-starter for LC.
Any ideas for snacks would be helpful too - I don't do celery sticks
