I've changed my hours recently and some days work 8-6, so I'm out of the house 7-6:45 (or thereabouts). I find that I'm hungry all the time.
It doesn't help that by the time I get home I usually need to start baby's bedtime and sort her out so often I'm not eating tea until 8:30/9.
I'm finding myself just eating crap all the time and it needs to stop! I seem to be falling into that black hole of being tired and reaching for sugar and caffeine, which then makes me crash, which then makes me reach for sugar and caffeine... etc.
I don't know whether to put off eating breakfast until I get to work - but then I might be a bit too wobbly on the bus!
