For when you have a baby?

Ds is 14 weeks old and I'm trying to workout whilst he is asleep...

Does anyone know of a workout dvd that works well for when a baby is awake (he's awake pretty much all the time - sleeps 8-8) and I don't really want to have to do my working out super early/late x any ideas?

Agree. 30 day shred

Sorry posted too soon. Its a daily 20 min work out. You can buy it in aldi currently or big primarks or Amazon for about £5. Search for one of the many fan threads on mumsnet for it if you need convincing.

No haven't bought it yet- will get it on Sunday x I bought Jennifer Ellison's work out dvd as that seemed the easiest most appropriate one in hmv

Will definitely get 30 day shred (did an advance search on it - wow!!

Absolutely any of them - but you have to do it at least 3 times a week. That's what the secret is!

I love looking on YouTube for quick videos to do! Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge is a killer! I did it in girls PE the other day & half the class hated me, the other half were lay on the floor dying. But I mean they said they wanted something to get them toned for prom Grin

I would have struggled with 30 day shred as first exercise after having a baby. With my last i started with Davina Fit, 30 minute workouts that i could do during her first nap. And a choice of four different ones. Then i worked my way back into jillian michaels

Agree with Supslick youtube is great. I do yoga using Yoga with Adriene, I'm sure there must be people doing other exercise routines as well. I'd never bother with a DVD again because I love doing a different routine every day. Feels mo like a real exercise class.
