I started my diet Monday (had a bit of a blip by getting a subway sandwich Wednesday (tuna flatbread with LOTS of veg) and stupidly got a dispenser drink didn't even tbink anyway today I've decided to have a tuna flatbread at home with a whole tin of sweet corn mixed in (my thinking I that it would bulk up the meal). Then I remembered reading somewhere that there is no nutritional value with sweet corn. My question is; have I set myself back by putting this in.

I know I'm in a world of trouble when I eventually have to go to the toilet Confused
