Strangely, despite eating my weight in biscuits over the weekend, I'm now 12-4
Hurrah for me! ... how have you all done?

10 for me! which was my christmas target. thank you lardy ladies, i am a different person and weighing in here every week has been a big help in getting here.

Stayed the same again this week, I'm very happy with this result especially as things have started creeping back into my diet, chocolate, biscuits etc. Anyway I saw a friend last week who I hadn't seen for about 10 weeks and she said I look like I have lost loads of weight.

Managed - just - to stay at 9 st 3lb by going to the Lake District and scrambling about on the hills and not eating much. I suspect I shan't keep it this way but getting up the hills was really noticeably easier than it was last Easter. Thank you, ladies, for keeping me on the straight and (comparatively) narrow! I'll send out the chart as soon as I've updated it. Hope we enjoy a peaceful week or so now, and that the new year is memorably happy.
