Slimming world while breastfeeding

Apologies if this is covered in another thread, I couldn't see one. Anyone already doing SW or thinking about joining? DS is 6 weeks old and my first meeting is Saturday. Haven't done SW before so not really sure what to expect but I've heard good things from other bf mums.

Slimming world whilst breastfeeding is brilliant. Just make sure you eat enough, don't deprive yourself or you'll feel lightheaded. Stick to it and the weight will fall off.

May I ask how exactly SW works? I did join DS is now 11 weeks but not sure how exactly to follow the plan and what the plan is? Is it just the list of free foods?
