toning machines?

are these toning machine things any good? the ones with the pads for lazy people like me?

my mother got a toning machine and swears by it but it dont compleatly replace exercise if you can get the mobile one take a nice walk well its working aswell works twice as fast that way

im hoping to start my kickboxing video aswell (which worked well in the past) and have joined ww online, also buying a punchbag (well big kicking one) hoping to get some stress out at the same time!! am i okay to do the situp part of the workout? caesarian was four months ago now?

have you had the final check up and ok of the doc yet because if you havent i would say no

ive had my final check yeah, my scar apparently has healed very well...its even started to turn white now which i didnt expect so soon.
