I had my third DC two months ago. I know I should still have a baby belly, and I know after 3 full term pregnancies my belly isn't going to snap back BUT it just has to go.
I am currently a stone overweight and have just started my fitness pal.
What's the best plan excercise and food wise to shrink this blubber which I have attached to my front. The rest of me looks fine, so really want to sort the belly.
