I have been dieting for the last three months and have lost about 4-5kg depending on time of day and water retention! I have completely changed how I eat. I was a sugar addict, I know it's better for me to not touch it apart from special occasions, so I cut out carbs, as for me carbs only lead to me eventually wanting sugar.
Anyway, I've started developing some bad acid reflux, which affects me at night and I wake up with terrible heartburn.
Is this anything to do with low carbing or dieting? And if so how can I counteract it without changing my way of eating?
