Ah fecking hell, I've been kidding myself. I knew my weight had crept up. I did really well after dc2 and lost all my excess weight. Put it all on and more with dc3 which is nearly three years ago!

According to the nhs calculator j need to list 2stone 7lbs!!!!

I really didn't think I was that bad, I'm 5ft 4 and 11stone 9lb, how do I start? I have zero willpower. I have a gym membership and enjoy classes, but I work nights so constantly feel tired. Do I go cold turkey, and cut everything out???

No idea, but when you work it out please let me know as I could do with losing 2 stone.

I don't think that can be correct. I am the same height and the maximum weight for that height for healthy bmi is 10 stone 11. So i doubt you need to lose that much.

I loved weight watchers and was doing very well but now I'm expecting DC1 my dieting days are on hold, but I found it great :) lost two stone in four months
