there was a thread about "Virtual Gastric Band Hynposis - Sue Peckham"
but its quite old, so is there a better one? did the weight stay off if you used this one?

Night meditation mean I'm sleeping better than I ever hAve. Lost weight for one or two weeks.

Works for some and I still using it to sleep!
