My husband has decided he would like to lose weight, all of which is centred around his upper half. We're not sure what weight he is , Id guess maybe 16/17 stone. Hes 6 foot 1. So prob at least a couple stone to lose!?!?
God I've no idea about any of this!!
So what diet is best/easiest to follow? He suggested a soup diet... I just cant see how that would be sustainable for more than a couple of days. I'll be making up a meal plan and I guess having to eat this stuff myself or else I prob wont make just myself dinner. I had a look at some SW recipes, looks easy enough... but is it?!
