It's time for change. I weighed myself and I'm 14st 9. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I'm not happy.
I know why I'm so big. I have 3 children. DS1 is 7. DD is 22 months and DS2 is 13 weeks and 5 days today. When I was pregnant with DD I had SPD. This wasn't diagnosed until quite late in the pregnancy and I wasn't able to get physio until after she was born. I had physio for 10 months before being discharged and falling pregnant with DS2. The SPD kicked in very quickly and I ended up on crutches at 17 weeks. By the end of my pregnancy I couldn't even get to my downstairs toilet alone. So I've basically had 2 years of being unable to move properly, plus pregnancy appetite (I eat loads when pregnant, and are even more with DS2) and sugar cravings.
I'm still not 100% and probably never will be, but I can't stay this size. I am determined to do what I can to lose weight. Any tips would be fantastic. I have downloaded mfp again and am going to stick to 1300 calories a day. I'm also going to use my cross trainer and the wii/kinect as much as I physically can each day.
Anyone want to join me in this journey? Or just want to cheer me on?
