I have done VLCDs before with good results but this is my first time with Exante ( the one I used before is just too expensive! ). It's Day 2 and I am starving here, really hoping ketosis kicks in soon , usually day 3 or 4 for me. I know it's worth it but it's so hard! One unwanted side effect I am having though is an excess of ahem wind, I hope that settles soon or dh may leave me
. I ordered a mixed pack and there seems to be a good variety of meals, the one is used previously was much more limited and had smaller portions so thus far I am liking the Exante stuff
Anyone else doing it or has done it in the past? Any tips or advice? Ta; )
