I am just starting out trying to eat healthier & make more conscious decisions about what I eat as I have gradually put on weight since having dd2.
The thing I find hardest is when I'm at my desk at work. It's a long time between breakfast & lunch & I need snacks! I do try & take fruit but get so bored of it. I also have tried lots of the cereal bar type things but am sure they are not as healthy as they claim to be.
I really struggle with nuts & seeds, I know they are good but I just don't like them at all.
Can anyone give me some desk suitable snack ideas and recommend any cereal/snack bats that are actually ok?
