Right then, having been inspired by swimming along and feed my face to start this thread please can we all post a motivational tip each to get us motivated to lose weight and exercise more in the first place.I struggle tremendously trying to motivate myself to eat healthly and exercise,as I know a lot of people do.so what makes you successful dieters and gym bunnies actually get out there and do it? There must be a way!

Buying something nice to wear that I know suits me.

Yesterday I bought a suede looking jacket that I've wanted for ages. Originally tried it on in a size 18 and thought 'I can't buy it because what if I lose weight?' But then I tried it on in a 16 and it fit! Combination of losing weight and being a big fit, but I wore it today and felt good! And when I lose more weight I'm going to invest in more nice pieces (instead of the primark leggings I currently live in) and can't wait to feel fashionable again Smile

I also take progress pictures and place them side by side. My first progress picture didn't show much difference but there was definite arse shrinkage in the second one Grin
