I had a baby almost 6 months ago, and lost my baby weight quickly through eating properly and got back into the gym 5 weeks after the birth....felt fantastic!!
Now, fast forward 5 months, and I have slipped. I admit it's out of pure laziness. I have stopped eating breakfast, so by 10am I'm starving and reach for the crisps. The days DH comes home for lunch, I eat a proper lunch (baked potato, soup, pasta salad) because I cook it for him, so might as well cook for myself too. But the days he doesn't come home, it's crisps for lunch. Afternoons, I snack on crisps! It's like an addiction...I can't stop myself! And I'm slowly gaining weight
I've always been very petite. 5'3", and before I fell pregnant I had never been heavier than 8 stone. Now I'm pushing 9 and half stone, which might not seem like a problem, but to me, it's a lot of weight to gain, and I want rid!!
Anyone got any quick, easy lunch ideas that I can do in 10-15 mins? Or snacks to replace crisps? I tried eating fruit and veg sticks, but I think it's the salt in crisps that I'm craving!
