I feel sad and angry and now I want to eat my way out of it.

Anyone else get this? I am sad and angry, got a lot of stress lately and things are piling up. Nothing catastrophic, just waaah life is hard.

So now I want to order pizza and eat chocolate.

Would this be looking after myself? Or bad habits?

If you want a bloody pizza order one, ditto for the chocolate. It's one day! If you do it every day then it's a bad habit but now and again doesn't hurt.
I have learnt the hard way that if I deny myself then the next day I will be three times as bad.
My answer to this was just to have what I wanted and write it off as one day then get back on it the next day.
I'm sorry you are having a bad time, I hope it passes soon.

Honestly if it helps do it! Sometimes you just need to be 'bad' otherwise how would you know when you were being 'good'?
