Hi there, I am 5'7'' and around 250lbs now.
I have been trying to lose weight in the past few months (started seriously dieting around mid May) with a ketogenic diet. Under 50gr of carbs a day. I lost around 40lbs. Quite hard for me as I am a carbs person. Not very keen on sweet stuff luckily. Carbs are my weakness so a ketogenic diet was quite hard for me.
Now I am back eating them, but trying to stay under 1000 cal a day. I think I've hit a plateau though. I try and do some bike to lose quicker.
