I'm trying these (only 4 quid a packet) in conjunction with slimming world. Anyone tried them?

Hi I'm taking them along with doing the Asda slim fast shakes, not noticed any difference yet but it's only day 4. Hopefully I'll update you with a loss in a couple of weeks. I certainly don't feel hungry, which is a good start. 😀
