Just found out have got a family wedding to go to next June (DD1 will be a bridesmaid). Really want to lose weight for this. Am scared though. Haven't dieted/exercised for years and years. Am very conscious that if I don't do it this time then I probably won't ever - am very overweight (twice my ideal weight at least) and will be prone to all sorts of things if I don't start something soon. Please join me/help me. We could become 'dieting buddies' and help each other along!
