I just finished the book last Friday and started yesterday. I was surprised that I didn't feel hungry at any point. I previously followed a healthy eating plan that advises wholegrain carbs at each mealtime to keep you fuller for longer so expected to be starving without them and I wasn't!
For anyone thinking of it - this is what I ate yesterday & what I plan to eat today
Yesterday
Breakfast - 3 eggs baked with serrano
Snack - 2 oatcakes topped with philly light & smoked salmon, 4 brazil nuts
Lunch - Salad with leftover sirloin steak, artichoke hearts, beetroot parmesan and pumpkin seeds followed by an orange
Dinner - Chicken Fillet with Roast Sweet Potato Chips
2 litres of water
Today
Breakfast - 3 eggs scrambled, 2 grilled slices serrano
Snack - Banana, Peanut Butter
Lunch - Salad with smoked salmon, artichoke hearts, beetroot, mandarin segments, peach slices followed by an Orange
Snack - Slices of Apple with Peanut Butter(if hungry)
Dinner - Courgette Risotto
