Found an old pic, can't believe I thought I was fat then!

I'm the one in the dress. I actually thought I was fat then, I'm at least twice the size now. I'm pretty sure that dress was a 12 or a 14 too.

I am using this photo as my inspiration, I would kill to look like that again!

I know what you mean, there's loads of pics of me on Facebook from about 7 years ago when I thought I was huge but would also kill to be that size now!
Or even last time I was successful on Slimming World, I'm about 2 stone heavier now than my starting weight back then and will be chuffed when I get back there!

I have tried everything, but this time i have to do it. Whatever it takes I will get back to that shape and size!

It's awful how our mind plays tricks on us.
I thought I was fat from I was 15, its become a self fulfilling prophecy.
