Reached WW target weight but don't want to stop...

Hello, I am doing WW online and after a troubled start really got into the swing of it and last week found out I am actually 1.5 lb under my target weight as lost 3lb last week. I got a warning because I had also lost 3lb the week before and that is not good. I think a lot of it is down to the fact I have been doing loads of exercise.

Anyhow, I have now been old I have 24 pts a day, which seems like unbelievable wealth after doing 18 pts. But...it is very tempting to keep going to see how much more i can lose. I still have fat sitting on my hips and tummy and am not crazy thin or anything.

Am i being really really stupid???

I think you know you are.

it's like an addiction isn't it?

yes i hadn't expected it to get so easy. I am not being a cow saying that, I am the kind of controlling obsessive person who takes to these kind of things. I am a bit all or nothing.

i guess i can still see fat so think that there must be further to go

thinkingaboutit, assuming that you are a woman ( and not a hairy trucker!) you have to realise that healthy women do have some body fat and going below your target weight really isn't healthy. There are more health risks associated with undernourishment than with obesity. Please take care of yourself, and if you know you are inclined to get a bit obsessive about things, nip it in the bud now.

why not have 24 points but increase your exercise - it might be that you are the right weight but you want to tone a few bits.

at the goal weight though!
