Ok O k i know i have "chubbed up" abit, went to the Dr last week with a sore neck and while i was there he weigh's me and im 13 stone and 13 pounds
And as my dad and all 4 grandparents have died of heart attacks and im only 5 feet 6 inches this is not good.
Dr seems to think i need to be 10 stone.
So i got myself a sponsor pack from pancreatic cancer uk and i have started a sponsored diet in memory of a friend called Roger who died 2 weeks ago of this evil illness.
So far i have lost 7 pounds.
I thought i would start a thread here so when the bicckys are calling i can log on and chart my progress.
Wish me luck.

Well I went to the gym, and lasted 45min. I resisted the urge to scurry back out and hide. I could have used the excuse that I had forgotten my t-shirt but DD said no I could still go as my vest top was fine even though it showed my bra and my armpits were hairy. DD declared that that didn't matter as everyone would be to busy to notice . (She is 7).

KimiTheChristmasCracker · 30/11/2006 13:42

aawwwww bless her, but well done for doing 45 mins.
I have been up and down the loft ladder trying to work out what bit of christmas is what, as we have 3 and will be putting them up at the weekend, so that must count as exacise

KimiTheChristmasCracker · 11/12/2006 08:57

none really, i just have cearal for breakfast, salad for lunch and a Tesco diet dinner, walking more, and no fizzy drink, or alcohol (i will not be so good christmas) if i am dying for some chocolate i have a snack size bar.
And i just keep thinking how much money i am going to raise for the charity

BudaBauble · 11/12/2006 09:04

Well done you!

Am 5ft 7 but weigh more than you when you started! Like your comment that you are not on a diet though - thing that is my downfall as soon as I say I am on a diet it all goes wrong!

KimiTheChristmasCracker · 11/12/2006 19:39

Both times i have lost alot of weight before i have fallen pregnent (was trying both times) and put it all back on.
Not haveing any more babies so this time it comes off and stays off..... i hope
