Which activity trackers can you set alarms?

Not sure if this is right place to post but hoping people on here with trackers may know answer
Am looking for a watch or tracker (not smartphone) where can set vibrating alarms for a full week.
Its to remind my son with type 1 diabetes to test his blood / take insulin at school
He can't have a phone in class (and a smartwatch would be too tempting) so someone has suggested a fitbit which apparently has 8 alarms and can set different alarms for different days??
Which models have the alarm and are there other brands that do similar
I need him to test at different times on PE days than other days
I need a long battery
A vibrating alarm would be better than a noise
I don't want to be faffing around charging or setting alarms daily
ideally I just want to set alarms for the week and forget about it.
One that was waterproof would be even better.

Does this exist???

I think my Fitbit charge does what you ask, needs charging for about an hour once a week. But have a look at the enuresis (bed wetting) support website shop as I seem to remember they had vibrating alarms too.

Fitbit flex has a vibrating alarm. A bit cheaper than the charge but still pricey if that's all it's being used for. It is waterproof though.

What about something like this - although I'm not sure if you can get multiple alarms
