Can anti-depressants cause you to gain weight and find it nearly impossible to shift?

4 weeks and only an inch off your waist?? I'd look for a better diet if I were you!

Yes. I put on 4 stone in 4 months as they took away the constant control I felt I had to have over everything which was making me ill. When I got a handle on the pills (also created lots of debt as well) I started SW to lose it, and am still trying to shift it all. I found it impossible to do on my own, for the first time in my life.

Thought so think I can come off them or cut them down anyway. Will go and see doctor.

I didn't, they make me 'normal' and able to cope with life. My SW consultant said something very useful for me to the effect the pills don't contain calories, it's the food I put in my mouth that contains them.
