HELP - Wetherspoons for lunch - what should I pick?

I need something today that can fill me up as I wont be eating till really late tonight ...I was going to have a jacket potato with tuna and salad but not sure it will fill me. What do you usually order at Spoons???

They do a five bean chilli which is under 500 calories and is pretty tasty.

I think they do chicken and pepper skewers or skinny chicken burgers
