New to mums net so please excuse any idiot mistakes!
Just started SW this week and, going ok. Just doing it myself so no classes or syn calculator website access. I've some sauces that could do with using up so would anyone be able to let me know the syn values. If they're too high I'll donate them to the food parcel people in the supermarket!
They are -
Dolmio meatballs Tomato and chilli
and a new one that's just out i think
Mum's masala -which does look very tempting :-)
thanks in advance

The dolmio sauce is 9 syns for a 500g jar

The mums masala is 17.5 for a 350g jar

ooh thanks, so not that bad if there are four sharing then (and not many syns used in that day) and you don't have the time to cook from fresh one day.
Was that from the syns on line thingy? If so, definitely handy to have!

If it's no bother could you do these too please?
East End - Jalfrezi curry pouch 375g
Our Little Secret peshwari makhani - 375g
Pataks Tikka masal jar - 450g
Can you see we're partial to curries, lol
Thankyou

Thing is, the best thing about SW is staying to group. You are really missing out by not actually going.

Basic rule of thumb is 1 syn per 20 calories, but obviously not with everything.
