We go away in just over 2 weeks and I have tried to lose some weight and have lost 5lbs which I am pleased about. I have 10lbs I would like to lose - overall not in the 2 weeks as I know thats nigh on impossible - are there any sensible suggestions?
I have previously done WW and lately was using MFP. I have an underactive thyroid so I dont know if thats whats making it difficult for me?
